Edoardo primarily provides assistance to companies and entrepreneurs operating within the Healthcare & Life Sciences and High-End sectors on aspects of commercial and corporate law, with a particular emphasis on out-of-court solutions and comprehensive compliance.
He has also gained considerable experience in the field of product liability, including purely judicial aspects.
He is also a member of supervisory bodies of pharmaceutical and healthcare institutions.
In recent years, Edoardo obtained an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi, thus complementing his legal skills with a thorough knowledge of business dynamics.
Edoardo has participated on several occasions as a speaker at conferences and training courses on compliance and regulatory issues and is the author of several publications on commercial law.
