COCUZZA announces that Barbara Calza has joined the Firm as partner.
Barbara has gained significant experience in corporate law and extraordinary transactions, advising Italian and multinational companies both in day-to-day activities and in M&A matters.
With a particular focus on the real estate and hospitality sectors, Barbara also supports international operators and private investors in the acquisition, disposal and restructuring of tourist and hospitality complexes and hotel facilities in Italy.
She regularly assists foreign High Net Worth Individuals in the acquisition and management of high-value properties throughout Italy.
In the coming months, Barbara Calza will work closely with the corporate, commercial and real estate teams, contributing to the development and coordination of activities within her areas of expertise.
