Patrizio joined the firm in 2010.
Over the years, he has gained significant experience in M&A and corporations, real estate, and commercial distribution contracts.
Patrizio also deals with insolvency proceedings on behalf of both creditors and struggling companies, as well as providing in- and out-of-court assistance in matters of anti-money laundering.
Since 2011, he has worked with the University of Milan as a member of the examination panels for the Civil Law I and II courses.
