Lisa Alice Julien is an Avocat à la Cour (Paris Bar) and a Lawyer (Milan Bar).

She has been a partner of the firm since 2025 and is head of the French Desk.

She assists Italian groups in their entry and development in the French market, as well as French companies and professionals in their activities in Italy. Franco-Italian and fully bilingual, she has many years of international experience with regard to investments involving Italy and France, and an in-depth knowledge of the regulatory differences, market specificities, and diverse legal and economic cultures of the two countries.

Her practice mainly focuses on the retail, fashion, luxury, food & beverages, pharmaceutical/parapharmaceutical and industrial sectors in general. She provides advice on extraordinary transactions, corporate law, real estate, compliance, contracts, restructuring, and employment law. She also handles, together with the firm’s colleagues, litigation related to business activities.

Over the years, she has assisted numerous Italian groups in their entry and expansion into the French market, as well as French companies in their establishment and growth in Italy, offering truly integrated multidisciplinary assistance across both jurisdictions.

Lisa Alice Julien is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the French Chamber of Commerce in Italy (CCI France Italie), where she is particularly active in promoting economic and legal relations between the two countries. She is also a member of the Bocconi Alumni Association in Paris and of the Sciences Po Paris Alumni Association in Milan.
