Domenica joined the firm in 2013 and assists both Italian and foreign companies with all matters related to labor relations, both employees and self-employed people.
In this context, she handles all matters related to establishing, managing, and terminating labor contracts.
She has gained extensive experience in individual and collective dismissals, industrial relations including those related to M&As, the use of social shock absorbers, and support measures for struggling companies, as well as compliance, with particular reference to organizational models and occupational safety.
Domenica is also specialized in compliance matters, with a particular focus on occupational health and safety in the workplace. She collaborates with the firm’s Integrated compliance department, managing all aspects related to workplace well-being, with a specific attention to the prevention and management of work-related stress issues.
She also deals with agency, distribution, and business procurement contracts. She provides particular assistance and support in organizing and managing commercial sales networks.
Domenica also practices litigation before trial courts and the Supreme Court of Cassation.
