Samira joined the firm in 2021.

She advises on civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on commercial and real estate contracts, assisting Italian and international clients in the drafting and negotiation of commercial and residential lease agreements,construction contracts, business and business unit acquisitions, as well as distribution, agency and franchise agreements.

She has developed expertise in advising operators active in the retail and real estate sectors, supporting them in structured commercial and real estate transactions, due diligence activities and corporate transactions, with particular attention to the organisational, operational and contractual aspects of individual deals. She has also participated in shopping centre development and construction projects, providing assistance in managing the activities related to the various phases of the transaction.

She also handles matters relating to immigration and Italian citizenship, assisting individuals, professionals and companies in procedures for obtaining visas, residence permits and Italian citizenship.
