Barbara joined the firm in 2025.

Barbara has extensive experience in the legal field, gained as a partner at a leading Italian law firm with an international focus. She is specialized in corporate law and advises Italian and multinational companies on governance and corporate secretarial matters. She provides strategic and tailored legal support to corporate bodies and management throughout all stages of a company’s life, from incorporation and day-to-day operations to extraordinary transactions.

Barbara’s work includes providing assistance with extraordinary M&A transactions, which are often characterised by a strong international dimension. Barbara has developed particular expertise in the real estate and hospitality sectors in this area, advising international operators and private investors on the acquisition, disposal and restructuring of hotel and resort complexes in Italy.

She has also built expertise in assisting foreign high net worth individuals (HNWIs) with acquiring and managing luxury properties in Italy. She handles all related legal and contractual aspects, including due diligence and the use of corporate vehicles.

In the field of commercial law, she advises on the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial contracts (e.g. supply, distribution, manufacturing, licensing, consultancy and cooperation), which are tailored to the operational and strategic needs of Italian and international clients.

Throughout her career, she has advised numerous industrial groups and international companies, particularly from the United States, Germany, Sweden, France and Belgium, on entering and developing in the Italian market. This has given her in-depth knowledge in the real estate, hospitality, retail and industrial sectors. Barbara is regularly mentioned by The Legal 500 in the corporate, commercial, and M&A practice areas.
