Thomas joined the firm in 2017 as of Counsel and became a partner in 2022.

He deals with administrative law for companies and government entities, with focus on administrative regulation of business and service activities, urban planning, construction, and public tenders.

He manages issues related to authorization procedures for starting and modifying commercial and service activities, including shopping centers and retail parks, and verifies urban-commercial feasibility for the development of new projects.

He has gained extensive experience in urban planning and construction, an area in which he also helps to solve specific problems and provides advice on drafting urban planning and development projects.

Thomas provides judicial assistance, mainly before administrative courts, for private companies and public entities, with particular reference to the regulation of trade and services, urban planning, construction, and public contracts.

He speaks at conferences and in training courses aimed at the firm’s clients, as well as at private retail operators and public officials.
