Paola joined the firm as of Counsel in 2020. She is licensed to practice as an Avvocato (in Italy) and Rechtsänwaltin (in Germany).
She mainly provides counseling and legal assistance on issues related to generational transition, both nationally and internationally. She also deals with the personal and property aspects of family law and inheritance law, with a particular focus on cross-border relations between Italy and German-speaking countries.
She has gained significant experience in private and commercial international law, especially in litigation management for both Italian and German clients, and she also practices real estate law.
Over the years, Paola has practiced in both Milan and Munich, specializing in cross-border civil law with a particular focus on relations between Italy and Germany.
She regularly speaks at conferences in Germany on aspects of Italian civil procedure, including the electronic process and Italian inheritance law. On behalf of the German Bar Association, she has also spoken at conferences held for the opening of the judicial year in Milan and by invitation from other Italian lawyer associations.

Paola is a member of the Commission on Inheritance Law with the German Bar Association “Deutscher Anwaltverein” (DAV), which is based in Berlin. In addition, she is a founding member and board member of the Italian section of “Italian-German Lawyers in Italy” (Deutscher Anwaltverein Italien).
She is also a member of the Commission for International Relations (CRINT) with the Milan Bar Association, coordinating with twin associations and foreign delegations.
Paola is a member of the German Association for Inheritance Law “Deutsche Gesellschaft für Erbrechtskunde“, Associazione Internazionale Giuristi di Lingua Italiana (AIGLI), Deutsch-Italienische Juristenvereinigung (DIJV), and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Germany, which is based in Frankfurt.
Since 2021, she has been a member of the Camera degli Avvocati Internazionalisti (International Chamber).
She is a former member of the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA) and the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA).
Finally, she is involved in an international volunteer association.
